Small Print

• All quoted prices exclude VAT
• It is possible to switch packages once per calendar year.
• If exact website integration is not your top priority then maybe consider our ‘basic package’ which does not charge a setup fee.
• The basic package does not provide the fulfilment option. Completion of all orders must be arranged by the photographer/studio.
• Commission charges are only applicable if order payments are processed by us using our merchant account. Our rate is 6.5% + vat. Payments are issued monthly and the minimum payment is £2. If you use your own PayPal or Worldpay account, or collect details for off-line payment we will not charge any commission fee at all.
• * We do not charge an account set-up fee if you would like us to build a complete website for you. The integrated proofing pages are automatically included at no extra cost.
• **Our Pay-per-upload tariff does not require the payment of a monthly fee, therefore, galleries added whilst on this tariff are only stored on-line for a maximum of 12 months from the date of upload. After this time the gallery images are removed, the cover image retained and a message displayed to say that the images are no longer available to order on-line. Individual galleries can be retained for a further 12 months on payment of a £5 supplement.
• *** If you need to store more images, we will charge a supplement to cover this which is confirmed upon request. However, you may wish to consider one of our other packages which may automatically provide larger storage capacity.
