As you may have read recently, Google are working towards a fully secure web. Part of this means that they will shortly start to alert people who use websites which include login boxes and password access if that website has not undertaken a security certificate process (SSL) to confirm the site is secure.
Whilst your client proofing pages are secure and have always linked to encrypted secure pages for payment processing, we are updating all client area pages to display a valid security certificate.
You will shortly see these changes on your pages (if they are not displayed already) and you should update links from your own website to show the secure link – if you have any questions about this, let us know.
If your own website is hosted with us then please get in touch if you are unsure whether you should or need to take any further action. We’ll be contacting clients individually, but please ask if you think you need to make any changes.
If you don’t currently have your main website hosted through Everybodysmile, we may be able to offer security certificates or further details, so please get in touch and we can let you know if we can offer any help.
